Boka TV is a video player operated by Boka TV. It plays the IPTV subscription you add to it; we do not provide, host or sell any channels, films or series.
What we collect
Device: an identifier derived from your TV or phone, its platform, the app version and the plan of your app subscription.
Playlists you add: the server address, user name and password of your IPTV account, or your M3U link. They are stored encrypted and are only sent to your own TV and the phone you paired with it.
Your use of the app: favorites and watch progress, kept per IPTV account so they follow you to your other devices; what is playing while the app is open; a history of titles played, used for service statistics.
Security: the IP address of failed sign-ins and wrong device codes, kept for one day to stop abuse.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, show third-party tracking ads or use outside analytics services. Ads, when your plan includes them, come from Boka TV itself.
How long we keep it
Play history is deleted after 6 months, daily activity after 13 months, removed favorites after 90 days. Device and playlist data stay while the device is registered and are deleted when it is removed.
Your choices
You can remove playlists and history in the app at any time. To have a device and all its data deleted, write to — with the device ID shown in the app (Settings → Account).
Children
The app is not directed at children. Kids profiles let a parent limit what a profile can open.
